AMSTERDAM – 77% of Dutch employees agree that performance management of their organizations should be redesigned. Under HR staff, this percentage is much higher. 94% of HR indicates that the performance management cycle should be redesigned in 2017.
Ideal frequency of feedback
Feedback should be given continuously. 60% of employees agree. Only 4 percent thinks feedback once a year is sufficient.
Feedback from peers or supervisor?
79% of respondents feel that feedback should come from a source of multiple people (a compilation of peers). 21% think that feedback should only come from the manager.
